The short version: we collect what we need to run the competition — your profile name, email, age confirmation and predictions. Your profile name, picks and points appear publicly on the leaderboards; your email never does. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details. We only send marketing if you opted in.

1. Who we are

Vivo Clothing (sole trader), 28 Redvers Drive, Liverpool, L9 8BT, United Kingdom, is the data controller for the WC26 Predictor (wc26.vivoclothing.co), run in partnership with North West Elite Academy. Contact: info@vivoclothing.co.

2. What we collect

Entry details: profile name, email address, confirmation that you are 18 or over, your chosen tier, and your predictions (groups, knockouts, side bets).
Payment details: processed entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, your email and (for upgrades) the Entry ID you provide at checkout — never your card number.
Technical basics: our pages remember your last looked-up Entry ID in your own browser's storage so Pass features unlock on your device; that information stays on your device.

3. How we use it

To run the competition (our contract with you): scoring your entry, operating the leaderboards and mini-leagues, contacting you about your entry — confirmations, knockout-picks invitations, results and prize claims.
Publicly displayed: your profile name, tier, points and predictions appear on the public leaderboards and player pages — that's how the competition works. Your email, payment details and Entry ID are never displayed publicly.
Marketing: only if you opted in at entry. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email — this never affects your entry.
Competition integrity (legitimate interests): preventing fraud, correcting scoring, and keeping records of prize awards.

4. Who handles it for us

Stripe — payment processing.
Supabase — competition database, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
Klaviyo — sending competition and (where opted-in) marketing emails.
Netlify — website hosting.

Each processes your information under its own contractual and security obligations. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

5. How long we keep it

Entry and scoring records are kept for the duration of the tournament and up to 12 months afterwards (to handle prize claims and queries), then deleted or anonymised. Payment records are kept as long as law requires (typically 6 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; ask us to restrict or object to processing; and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email info@vivoclothing.co and we'll respond within a month. Note that profile names and predictions already on final leaderboards may be retained where needed to evidence the competition's fair operation.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Changes

We'll post any updates to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
